Certified Training Alliance (CTA) members offer a wide range of Apple Certified Courses at their Apple Authorized Training Centers (AATCs) across the US.
Several delivery options are available for instructor-led hands-on training on Mac OS X, Mac OS X Server, Xsan, and Apple's professional applications (Final Cut Pro, DVD Studio Pro, Motion, Color, Logic Pro, Shake, Soundtrack Pro, and Aperture).
All courses are taught by experienced Apple Certified Trainers and offered continually at CTA member AATCs across the US. In addition, onsite delivery at your location is available for larger groups Many CTA members offer onsite training. CTA members offer technical training for professionals who are responsible for planning, maintaining, and integrating Mac OS X, Mac OS X Server, Xserves, and Xserve RAID into a network environment. The curriculum objectives support a tiered certification program for system administrators, technical coordinators, and support professionals.
CTA members offer Apple courses on supporting Mac OS X and Mac OS X Server. These courses lead to Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) and Apple Certified Technical Coordinator (ACTC) Certifications.
CTA members offer Advanced OS X Apple courses on Directory Services, Deployment, Mobile Device Manager and Command Line Mindset. These courses lead to Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) and Apple Certified Technical Coordinator (ACTC) Certifications.

Some CTA members offer Applecare's hands-on curriculum which prepare students for the Apple Service certification exams. These courses cover topics such as how to use their knowledge of the Mac OS to troubleshoot the Mac OS and isolate a hardware issue as well as troubleshooting techniques, technician safety, take-apart procedures, and service-specific guidelines and resources.
